Happy Sunday 💗 this past week I’ve honestly been recharging & just really thinking about what direction I want to go in ✨ reminding myself that it’s ok to take a step back & regroup.

It’s ok to start over until you get into your “groove”. Groove meaning your purpose. I think your purpose is whatever makes your heart sing, as my mom says lol

If you can’t stop thinking about it, if you can stay up all night learning about it, or if it’s something that just keeps coming back to you naturally, then dive in & see where it takes you 🤷🏽‍♀️ you never know

Every Sunday I send out self love, self care, & mental health tips via email ✨ these emails are your reset button or your reminders for the upcoming week because you deserve it! 💗

You deserve to reminded that love waits for everyone.
