Monday message: Practice gratitude- we’re all so goal oriented these days but i think this year showed us that no matter what plans you think you have in place, you never know what can happen to deter them.⁣

2020 taught us to be grateful for what we do have right in front of us. 2020 gave us all an opportunity to sit back & count all of the little blessings ✨⁣

When you’re too caught up in what you don’t have and what you can’t do, you leave absolutely no mental space for appreciating the little things⁣

I’m not going to lie I’ve been getting caught up in comparison again. I’ve been getting caught up in trying to rush my process. I think we all get caught up in those feelings sometimes and that’s ok but we also have a choice to make. Do we stay stagnant and tangled up in those feelings or do we work to untangle, understand them and move forward?⠀

Sometimes it takes a while to work through them and that’s ok because it’s all apart of the process, it’s all apart of the bigger picture.⠀
